Product Details

This durable bottle brush is especially designed with a curled tip for precision cleaning around the bottom of a bottle. Being non-scratch, it is also great for wine glasses, baby's bottles and stainless steel flasks.

This completely natural and sustainable solution to all your dishwashing and cleaning needs, is ethically made in Sri Lanka from coconut fibre (or coir), neatly wrapped around stainless steel wire.

Coir is a natural fibre extracted from between the hard internal shell of the coconut and the outer coat of the coconut. As well as being a totally natural product, the fibres are naturally antibacterial, free from toxic chemicals, recyclable and biodegradable.

To top it all off, this fabulous brush is completely plastic free, right down to the packing - a simple card box!

Size: Approx 33cm long x 4.3cm wide x 2.5cm thick

Care: Rinse after each use and store in a dry place. You may notice some loose fibres or ‘dust’ on the first few uses but this will reduce over time.

Please note these are not thin enough for narrow necked bottles such as wine and beer bottles. You need the cleaning brush sets ( or ) for those.

EcoCoconut is an Australian brand created to give people the opportunity to choose biodegradable and sustainable coconut based products over plastic. They believe the next generation care about the amount of plastic waste we produce, and that choice empowers us to make informed decisions to help save our planet from environmental disaster.

EcoCoconut use sustainably farmed coconut fibre to make this product. Coconut fibre is a byproduct of the coconut harvesting process. It is considered a renewable and sustainable product since new crops of coconuts can be regrown repeatedly on the same trees.

EcoCoconut work directly with a manufacturer in Sri Lanka who have won multiple awards for eco manufacturing. The manufacturer has been trading for over 135 years and is a specialist in coir based products - a material that has been part of Sri Lankan daily life for centuries.
